Can I be charged for driving under suspension of a dui if I never was pulled over ?
Even if no cameras or nothing seen me driving but supposedly two females also the vehicle isn't in my name its in my fiancé name, and she was driving. She will be testifying on my behalf.

If no one saw you, if there were no camera photos, how and who is charging you.
But of course they can if there is enough evidence to prove you were the driver.
If you really are, do not have girlfriend lie under oath. For example, as a officer, I saw a person I knew did not have a license driving, but I was busy on another stop,
So I asked department to go to DA and issue a sumons for this offense.
So who charged you, and what is their evidence?

What 'two females' saw you? Two random people? Two cops? Or do you mean two females were in the car?
Agree with Fr_Chuck, my first thought is that a cop or cops saw you driving and you are hoping that the testimony of your fiancé will be more convincing than theirs. Nope!
Plus, it wasn't even your car, so you can't claim that they just assumed it was you.
If you can afford a lawyer, you might have a chance, but I doubt it.
