I watched the movie when I was little and I never seen it since than...

But I do remember some of it, if I know it right
It's movie of people in a place, full of camera's around the building and inside.
Once a camera spots one of the people? Something happens to him/her
And I remembered the part where a guy get's shock on a fence by getting spot
By the strolling camera

And there's a other part I remember is
The girl entering a room full of wires with a person in the room with wires on him

And one last part I remembered
Is at the end of the movie, it shows on her phone -i see you- or something like that.

I want to see this movie again but I didn't know the name of the movie
Because I was watching it with my mom, without knowing the name title
