I quit smoking weed about 60 days ago. I was a heavy smoker taking around 3-6 puffs a day for around 9 years. Although in the early years it was probably more. I am 5'8" and weight ~135-140 male. I am around 12-14% body fat. I work out around 5 days a week and eat healthy.

Should I be clean for a urine test?

Marijuana is out of your system usually within 3 to 6 days but as for a hair follicle test that goes back years and will not be passed I went through that with my child's father and they can tell when it was last smoked by a hair follicle test but urine test most deffinately will be clean

Doesn't sound like you have a lot of body fat at all. That being said.. You should pass with flying colors.
