Can hy ex wife take half my house even if she has not lived or paid anything towards it for the past 11years

This is a matter for divorce court.
But it would help a little to know
- what state you live in, if the US
- whether you bought the house before or after you married her
- whose name(s) is/are on the deed
AND how it happens that she has not lived in it for the last 11 years.

Is she your ex wife (divorce final some time ago), or your current wife from whom you are currently getting a divorce?


If it's the former situation, was she awarded some interest in the house in the divorce?

If it's the latter situation, certainly. It depends on how the divorce court rules.
