So, I have a problem. I have been doing atletics for like 7 years or something and my legs and ams are muscular. I do not want them to be! :( My weight is normal right now, but I really want to lose muscles. What should I do?

You cannot LOSE muscles. If you stay away from weight training and just do cardio you will most likely lean out. Unless that is your natural body type. I personally am working HARD to get musclar.
