I am on unsupervised probation for dwi and under age drinking 8 months left, and just got a speeding ticket and possession charge less than 1/2 ounce, do I need a lawyer and will I go to jail?

You could be sentenced to the original sentence plus additional charges, extended probation, just about anything in between. What does your PO say - or don't you have one?

I don't have a po. The officer said he would drop speeding charge, but then still have poss. Charge.
