You can't. You really can't MAKE him do anything. You could tell him it bothers you and ask if he will do it for you but other than that... not much you can do.

He drinks, you leave.

He will only stop drinking if he wants to, no one can make him.

You have to choose to live with a drunk ( or date one) or leave.
