This is my first time, buying a money order from Walmart Store because I always buy the money order from the post offices. I know how to do the first step pay to the order of, but the second and third step is confusing. I don't know what do when it say purchasher signer for the drawer really mean? The other one is address to the person I am send to or my home address? I need help!!

Why do you not ask them at Walmart? They are probably familiar with how to fill out their money orders.

Also, what does this have to do with taxes?
