Change temperature in Glacier Bay shower faucet # 12783

I'm not sure I have the right valve, but the link that sent me to the PDF file below showed the valve as being a bunch of different model numbers (including the number you gave).

Steps 12-13 show how to adjust the temperature limiting device!

If this isn't your valve the steps should be pretty similar to the above.
