I have an office condo. I am the last or furthest from the water source. The landlord has a peculiar set up. The water comes directly from the well where there is a tee then the water goes to a holding tank to supply 2 other office buildings. We are the only ones that get air in our water lines and it is constant. The well men are baffled. The air is under constant pressure and does not stop.Only in the early morning we have just water without the air.

Assuming the holding tank is actually a pressure tank. Sounds like one leg of the T goes to the tank and other leg goes to you. If that's the case, then that could explain why you are the only one getting air.

A person posted a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. Turned out to be a leaking checkvalve. Could be that. But the part about early morning is interesting. I can imagine the well level pumping down during the day. A sub pump could then start pumping some air mixed with water. At night the well recovers, so it doesn't happen in the morning. Just an idea.

Only two ways to get air that I know of is for the pump to be pumping air or for some leak to allow air into the wellpipe.

If you are using air injection for filtering, then that could be a problem as well, but you didn't mention it.
