I am currently being treated (2 months) for "severe depression with compulsive and obsessive thoughts and actions". My Dr. and therapist work together, therapist has suggested I have many symptoms of ADD. Dr. has considered it, but says he is very leery of stimulants for me because of the compulsive/obsessive and also because I've has a couple of AFIB episodes with my heart. Each day and (particularly a workday) seem like endless torture, it's hard to believe I can feel this bad and still be alive. Any ideas to help the ADD without meds? Thanks.
