1. no one is going to loan you money to buy a house while in Chapter 13
2. you can not borrow money without trustee OK.
3. you don't need to borrow money, since you can't even pay the current debt, so getting more debt is just stupid.
4. if you rent, and lets say that the renter, does not pay and it takes 3 months to evict, who is making that house payment for 3 months. Lets say the heating system goes out, and they need a 3000 dollar repair, who is going to do that?
