Every human being has hair all over their body. Most hairs are so fine that you don't even notice them, but when we get older, especially if you have dark hair, you will likely notice a mustache. This is completely normal.
Shaving is an easy solution, but it's something that needs to be done every day. If your hair grows quickly you can shave in the morning and end up with stubble by the afternoon. Not a good feeling.
There are products on the market that can get rid of hair and last longer than a day. Nair is one, but you should talk to your mom about this before you use it. If used incorrectly, or if the wrong nair is used (there is nair for legs, bikini area, and for facial hair) it can lead to irritation. It also doesn't work well for everyone. Nair is relatively cheap to buy, and a bottle will last you a long time.
There are products like the NoNo, which I haven't tried, but a few friends have and they rave about it. It removes the hair for weeks at a time, and eventually, after prolonged use, the hair will grow back less and less. It's not a cheap option. A new NoNo will cost around $300 USD.
You could also wax. Waxing can be done at home, or at a salon. It's very painful, will leave your skin irritated for a few days (red and bumpy) but usually lasts a few weeks. I've done waxing, and you couldn't pay me to do it again, but many women do, and swear by it.
So those are some of your options. Talk to mom, maybe she has some helpful tips on what she does to get rid of unwanted hair. :)
