Pay a Mechanic... let them do it. If you have to ask... you don't know what all to do (flushing the transmission lines being the least of them), or have the tools to do it. Its well beyond the scope of what can be answered in a single thread.
It's a difficult and somewhat complicated task if you've never done anything similar.

Obtain a Shop Manual (dvd) for your vehicle, engine support and chain, transmission jack, jack stands, air tools, pry bars, torque wrench, safety glasses, and a host of regular and deep sockets (among other tools). Review the appropriate Shop Manual sections many times, prior to beginning work. Have a capable friend around when actually removing and installing the transmission. Know your limitations--otherwise, farm it out.
