My vehicle is getting harder to start over the past week. Is it my battery or started? It turns but everything dims and it takes longer each time. But if I warm it up then try to start it then it takes less time to start it

You likely need to charge, or replace, the battery. Most auto parts stores will check/charge batteries for free. Afterwards, have your auto parts store also test your alternator for free.
