I have been high blood pressure particularly whenever I pass through stress and when I eat cassava meals. There are other symptoms that I have been battling with for more than a decade. These are the symptoms: Chronic fatigue, weakness including on the nerves, Loss of hair, itches on the skin, tiredness, insomnia, increased weight gain, hotness on the tip of the right fingers. I have visited hospitals many times and they keep treating Malaria and typhoid without any progress. I have done HIV test 4 times and the last in December 2012. All symptoms remain the same.
Arrising from my research, I concluded running a test on thyroid functions.
This is the result: Free T3: 9.8 Reference range:7.2 - 16.4 pmol/I
Free T4: 5.3 Reference Range: 3.8- 6.0 pmol/I
S-TSH: 1.15 Reference Range: 0.37 - 3.50 mIU/L
From the result, do I have a problem with my T3 since it is close to the reference limit.
Please from this result do I have a problem and what should I do?
Or are the symptoms highlighted above linked to other problems?

Malaria and TYPHOID?
It would be inappropriate to comment about other conditions online when someone has even one of those.
But what country are you in, and have you considered dietary deficiencies or allergies...
