During a Pap exam my OB noticed some inconsistency with my vagina. Their was some raised concern that the left side of the vaginal "vault" was darker than the right side. I am only 29 and I have had 2 children. I have had blood work and a pelvic ultrasound and they all came back normal.Other than the discoloration I have had bleeding during multiple intimate occasions with my husband. The results will not be given to me until a week and a half later but I am obviously concerned it could be cancer. I just need to know if I should be prepared for the worst. I hate surprises.

Why do you want to expect it to be the worst, the worst would be that you would die before getting the results back, ( not that you are going to die) And I can think of several things worst than cancer.
