You can't. You just let Mother Nature take her course.

So there is absolutely nothing I can do? I really hate this it feels so uncomfortable

Yeah, it is uncomfortable, but it's all part of being a woman. May I ask how old you are?

Are your periods regular? How long has the discharge been going on?

Startesha, could you please use complete words? I don't text, so things like "da" that should be "the" and "bk" that should be "back" can be hard for me to understand. Thanks!

So, there is a chance of pregnancy? Your last period was in September. Are you taking the tests using first morning urine?

It's been a long night for me. Would you please remind me when your period for February is due?

I understand. The depo shot can mess with your periods for up to 18 months. Most likely this discharge could be considered your period. However, since I don't know you or your medical history, it would benefit you to see your doctor and get his/her advice.

I have already been to a doctor but they were saying I'm fine but my medical history had been completely normal I haven't had anything wrong with me and I don't know what to do about any of it because I don't know why I keep throwing up all my food or why I'm having the discharge but thanks anyway...

I'm sorry girl. I know you must be miserable with this continued discharge but the this is one of the most disruptive side effects of Depo shots. I personally also had this experience with them 15 years ago. I got one and had no period for about 2 months and was excited but then had spotting and discharge daily for a month straigt until it was time for the next shot then had the same experience with the second shot and chose not to get them anymore but the discharge continued longer after the second shot. It completely ruined my relationship and my waistline (I personally gained a lot of weight during this ordeal but this was my own experience and may not be anyone elses). They medication will just need to run its course through your system and it will take time but it will go away and there is no way to make it go away quickly unfortunately.
