Missed periods one month and then after that month I had very less bleeding, only for a day, only spotting... this happened for last two months... In the last few months I have had international travel, chicken pox, and bronchitis attack, and taken antibiotics... I am not pregnant... what could be wrong? I am trying to become a mom and now I have no track of my ovulation cycle. I am 26 years old and married. Is there any way to know that I can be a mom.

Well, of course, you need to go to a good OB/GYN, which you should do anyway if you are trying to get pregnant. Many women don't know this but, for example, it is recommended that you begin prenatal vitamins BEFORE you get pregnant. This is because it's usually several weeks after you become pregnant before you even know you are pregnant. There are also things the doctor will recommend nutritionally for you to prepare your body for pregnancy, so it's good to be on the right track from the beginning.
A lot of things can interfere with your cycle, including illness and prescriptions. There can also be factors like low body weight or high levels of exercise. Your doctor can help you figure it out. It can be hormonal, can be related to conditions like endometriosis or ovarian cysts - lots of things can mess with your cycle, most of which are easily addressed by your doctor.
There's really no way anyone online can reasonably figure this out for you.
Also, how are you sure that you're not pregnant? If you are basing this, for example, on being on birth control, are you aware that antibiotics can make birth control ineffective? Have you taken a pregnancy test?

Most likely your travel along with your illnesses has messed your periods up. Illness is certainly a possibility here.
