My friend has overstayed his visa but has a son with his ex,his ex is using his son to spite him due to the break down of their relationship.. they use to live together with their 1 yr old son.. but dot allow him get access to his son.. can he be given a contact order to his son if he applies considering his immigration status in the uk?

Im sure they can get a visitation order once proved to be the father but it may be supervised visitation if he is going to be deported.
