Hi, I have been using injectable birth control for 2 years, and I just stop last Dec.26, 2012. I want to take diane35 pills, but my menstruation is irregular when I take injectable birth control. Last Friday night February 08, 2013 my underwear had a spot of blood, but I don't know if this is menstruation already. Can I take diane35 now. I am 100% sure that I am not pregnant..

You really need to talk to the doctor where you are getting this stuff from... they will know your medical history and have the best answer for you.

Being that was just three days ago... because there is no 100% effective birth control there really ISN'T any possible way you can be 100% sure you aren't pregnant. And its too early to be testing for it yet.
