I just move in the US with a L1B visa last October 2012. I do not have any main residence in my country of origin so I am trying to understand if I am supposed to fill a W8BEN form or a W9 form.

On W8BEN form, they required a residence outside of the US that I do not have anymore.

The W-8BEN does NOT apply to you due to your L-1 visa; submit Form W-9 and enter your U.S. address.
