I have what I was told they think is just two vaginal cysts at my 1 oclock and 6 oclock postions, and lately they have went from being pinky tip size to pointer finger tip size. After sex I always get a very heavy bleeding and between periods I get random spotting and discharge.
my grandmother had breast cancer and skin cancer, my nana had lung cancer, my grand dad had prostate cancer, and a week ago my aunty had a mole removed that turned out to be skin cancer.

I am worried that my cysts may be possible cancer but in not sure the signs or symptoms to look for.

what are possible signs and symptoms, and should I possibly be worried?

Your family history says you should be worried. Go to a doctor and get these checked!!

I'm more worried about the bleeding after sex than I am the "bumps." Please make an appointment with an OB/GYN as soon as possible.

Every time I ask them to do a test or something they pretty much just tell me there is no point because there MOST likely just cysts.
I'm worried because there is never pain just very heavy very bright bleeding

When was your last PAP Smear?

Well I had major problems with a pregnancy in April and had many tests done so not sure if had one done then.

If they were cancerous could that possibly explain having my second child at only six months pregnant? After complications such as bleeding cramps and becoming extremely anemic

You need to have a PAP Smear. This bleeding is more indicative of something cervical. On your cervix. Are these bumps on the inside or outside?

They are inside the vagina at my 1 o clock and 7 o clock positions. They started small and have increased in size over a few months

Please make an appointment with your doctor for a PAP Smear and pelvic exam.

Is there anything I should specifically ask them to test for?

You ask them for a PAP Smear and a pelvic exam. You should also ask for a CA-125 (cancer marker) so that you have an initial test to compare the results to in the future.
