I want to move out of my roommate apartment, I gave a 30 day notice before I could all of my stuff she change the locks and then started giving time that I could meet her to get the rest of my belongings. Is That Right?

I'm paid up until the 15th of the month and roommate change the locks and set times when I can get my stuff out of the apartment. Is that against the law?

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

Did she change the locks before the 30 days were up? If so, you show up with the police and prove to them that you are a tenant until x date. She should be forced to give you a key.

Or you can file suit against her for an illegal eviction. You would need to check the law in your area against such things.

I see you posted your own thread so I merged them. If you are paid until the 15th then changed the locks was not allowed. But without knowing where you are we can't tell what the law actually is.

Yes it was illegal for her to change the locks. You can force her to give you a key or sue her for unlawful eviction.

Assuming, of course, that OP is sub-leasing from the "roommate". If both are co=tenants, I don't think the unlawful ouster provisions of the landlord-tenant law would apply.
