Hello!
Yesterday, I was laying my neck down and when I raised my neck I felt my throat got crackled. After that, I couldn't swallow even water and I find a difficulty when I swallow saliva. Also, I can't breath easily. I heard the case maybe hyoid breaking. If I doubt, what can I do? Please note I've been suffering from tonsillitis for 10 days.

You can't breathe easily and swallow because your tonsils are infected, and causing swelling all around your throat. Your hyoid bone doesn't usually break unless you are seriously throttled or strangled. It is mostly attached to muscles, not other bones by ligaments, so it may have been affected suddenly by all the swelling at the moment you used those muscles to lift your head.
When are you having your tonsils out? Why are you waiting

I've just taken the last capsule of ciprofloxacin antibiotic in order to treat tonsils. This is the second time that I have tonsils inflammation within 4 months. The doctor examined my tonsils today and he told me that my tonsils inflammation became better and I need a laryngeal photography. Should I need that?
Further to know everything about my case, I've been suffering from clogged nasal since the Winter season came and I'm taking an anti allergy (loratadine) and I suffer from this clogging every Winter and sometimes I be obliged to use nasal spay. Additionally, I suffer from throat phlegm that is white color or yellow one all the year and I sometimes take an expectorant drug.
- Should I need a laryngeal photography?
- What should I do to my tonsils?
- Is there a treatment to get rid of throat phlegm that chases me all the time?
- About nasal allergy, Should I continue to take anti allergy?
- What I need to treat the tired muscles?

It is standard to take out the tonsils and adenoids. Chronic symptoms are what you describe. I don't know where in the world you are, but where I am, they often come out in childhood after enough chronic congestion and phlegm and infection. I see no need for photography. The surgery is simple.
I would see a different doctor - unless you are the one who didn't want surgery or can't afford it.
