Hi.. I live in a townhome that consist of 4 units.. 2 in front -side by side and 2 in back- side by side.. the townhome is 2 story with 1/2 bath downstairs and 1 full bath upstairs.. the problem is that when the a/c unit kicks on it emits a sewage odor throughout the house that last for about 5 not 10 minutes.. I smell the same smell in the sink of my upstairs bathroom.. They think I'm crazy since they say that there is no correlation between the a/c and the plumbing! I dissagree! The owner replaced the water heater since they thought that it was an issue of a sulfter smell and the prior water heater was eight years old.. well since the replacement of the water heater the smell is still here.. HELP.. Now I wish that I had not renewed my 1yr lease... Please see if you can offer me a solution to give to my landlord.. Thank you..
