Dear Sir/Madam
I am a grievance against an airliner. Please suggest how to file a case against that company.
The issue is: -
I was charged heavily even having a return ticket from Japan, and that company harassed me with emails meaning different things at different time. Now, that company refuses to reimburse me under a pretext.
Please suggest how to get legal treatment at the earliest.

You contact the airlines Customer Service department. Or you get an attorney and file suit.

First your post makes no sense.

What exactly were you charged, "heavy" you are heavy, your baggage was too heavy, you had too many bags ?>

What air line, each airline has a different rule for weight limits, and number of bags.

So how much were you charged extra?
Next what does having a return ticket mean?
Round trip or one way does not make a difference in weight charges for baggage.

I get charged for over weight all the time, because my bags are over weight, when I travel often. Some times the clerk lets it slip, but not normally.

But you present you case to customer service and if it is a small amount, you may do it in a small claims court ( if you have one in your area) or you hire an attorney to sue them in court.

But I can't even figure what you paid, how much and why, from what you posted.
