My Maple Chase Saverstat Model 09710 no longer reads the correct room temperature. When it is 68 in the room, it reads 59 which runs the heat continually. How can I rectify this?

That came with a 5 year warranty, how old is it? Try Technical Support at 1-800-hotline for online support

10 years. But I gave that number a try... it was some credit card protection service. Got another number?

That is the only number I saw on their website, just Google them. Most stats like that one have a calibrate provision. I just installed two Honeywell wi fi stats and had to calibrate both

I found their number, called them, and the tech recommended a hard reset by removing the backup batteries, waiting 15 minutes and replacing them, even though there was no low battery warning. That worked and the unit is working fine now.
