For the last 2 cycles I have spotted my entire luetal phase (before this I only had 4 days o brown discharge with ovulation for about 4 years) I had a smear which was normal last year,I might also add that I'm a lesbian so I'm not pregnant... anyway the lay 2 cycles I have spotted the entire 2 weeks of my luetal phase I know the exact date it will happen and I always have vaginal ache and abdo ache on the right or left side... but it carried on and off through out the 2 weeks,and yesterday I spotted bright red blood (like the start of a period) does anyone have any ideas... btw I'm 27,thanks

Also I have just come on my period and it's very light... more spotting appearance but it's bright red... I take angus cactus,vitamin b6 vitamin d and a well woman every day to try and stop the spotting... could this be why my period is so light? Thanks
