When I talk my lips become sticky and dry. How I solve this problem

Sticky and dry are two different things - ?

I am not a doctor, but I can suggest trying some lip balm, purchased at a dollar store, or pharmacy. Such as, Vaseline lip balm, or Carmex. These are to keep the lips from drying out. It might help.

Drink more water every day.
Use a humidifier at night.
Take a good multiple vitamin every day.
Use Chap Stick or a lip gloss.
Be prepared for your speech, practice it in front of others, and be comfortable with what you say if it's a speech or just conversation. Your lips could be dry because of nervousness.
