Is it normal for your cycle to stay on 3 days when it normally stay on 5 days? Like I had my period Jan.4-8 then I spotted Jan.16 but then cycle came on again Jan.31 when suppose come on Feb.2 is this normal am I pregnant?

Sometimes women have an off month. A lot of things can cause this, medication, illness, weight loss, weight gain, exercise, stress, etc. etc.

But, some women also bleed during pregnancy and mistake it for a period.

If you feel that you may be pregnant then try a pregnancy test using first morning urine at least 2 weeks after your period is missed. If that test is negative and you still fell you might be pregnant, wait for your next period, and if it's missed test again, or get a blood test done.
