Reversing valve on 5 ton Rheem stuck in middle in heat mode. No heat. If I turn unit on and off a few times valve works - good heat ?

I've used a product called Supco 88 to cure this type of problem. Like any additive, it may not work every time in every situation. It would have to be installed by a licensed tech.
