I saw a movie a long time ago maybe late 80's early 90's I pretty sure it was a spy movie in which the guy drove a red car and he had these sneakers that when he pumped them up they would turn into suction cups on the bottom. He began to climb the wall of a building with these shoes to save a girl, I'm not to clear in all of this its been a very long time but I'm sure of the suction cup shoes that stood out the most.

I vaguely remember... did he also have X-ray sunglasses that he kept using to perv women?
I can't remember the title but it was something like "Teen Agent" or "Teen Spy".

Yeah just in case anyone else is looking for it I looked up "Teen Agent" and that's the right movie the movie also goes by the name "If Looks could Kill" 1991 film

The way this question was asked is quite interesting... Seeing as that's the ONLY part of the movie that I could remember from my childhood. Hahaha (That, and the gum that explodes when you chew one half of it and stick it to the other half.)
