Has he taken anything to loosen the stool ?

Has he considered a enema?

Has this happened before, does he have other medical issues ? Is there stress or food changes

3 days may be uncomfortable but it's not the end of the world, unless he has an obstruction, something serious. There's no way to know unless a laxative doesn't work, because a hospital isn't going to do the tests until he tries. You can help with an enema. You can buy single use ones like Fleet. Faster and better than a laxative. If you can't be there, he can try himself. Or he can buy a laxative. A lot of laxatives are awful because they work suddenly, with an urgent rush and discomfort, several hours after taking them.
One sold as a women's laxative is more gentle and he could try that.

Enema? Oh wow! I'd start with Milk of Magnesia first!

If he is bleeding when pooping and peeing,it's time to be seen by a doctor.

He needs to see a doctor. This could be internal hemorrhoids, an anal fissure, cancer, etc. etc. you name it. Until he sees a doctor, there's no way to know what's going on, and just ignoring it can put his life at risk.

Doctor time.

Please stop creating new threads with the same issue. I've merged your threads. If you have any follow-up, then post as a reply to this thread.

And yes, it could be due to the meth use.

Meth can kill in many ways. I can't believe that you came here a month ago and didn't mention it. This shows that both of you are so clueless that he should go to a hospital NOW. And that should include a direct trip to rehab after the medical problems are treated.
