Tiled shower above a crawl space. I noticed a very small drip below the showe into a crawl space after someone takes a bath. Checked the crawl space below shower and a tiny trickle is coming away from the drain pipe and not from the drain connection. What else could cause the drip and ideas to find a fix?

after someone takes a bath.
I interpret that to mean that this is a tub and shower.

tiny trickle is coming away from the drain pipe and not from the drain connection.

I interpret that to mean that water was coming from around the drain pipe itself and not from around the connection of the tub shoe to the tub.

If the person was using the tub, I suspect that the tub was first filled and then the person got into the tub, causing it to overflow out the overflow pipe. That suggest a leak at the overflow. Replace the overflow gasket

If the person was using the shower, I suggest that the leak is occurring where the shower arm screws into the drop ell of the shower riser pipe. Such a leak can be confirmed by removing the shower head and screwing on a 1/2" PCV or iron pipe cap. Open the valve and direct the water to the shower. If you find a leak with the shower arm capped, remove the shower arm from the wall, coat the threads of the arm with a generous coat of pipe dope (pipe thread joint compound) and reinstall.
