How is a front foyer candelabra light flashing on and off
Even though the wall plate is not being touched and it remains in "off"position. I checked fuse box nothing appears tripped, but light continues to turn on suddenly during night hours and off again within a few seconds. Anyone know how this can happen, and how to stop it
These weird things have been happening for about 6 months, any ideas?

Is it a standard switch? Or a dimmer?
If dimmer, what kind?

Does that mean that this occurs only during night time hours?

And what type of lamp (light bulb) ?
