I am 15. My boyfriend and I had sex on December 31st. The first time he wore a condom and finished. We did it 2 more times without be he didn't finish. I was suppose to start my period on jan 17 but I started jan 12. I had regular bleeding for 2 days and slow for the next 3. I took a test on jan 18 and it was negative, but I had headaches for about a week and a half. Then I got my cartilage pierced and when I got up I passed out. The next day I would get light headed at times. My headaches stopped about 5 days ago and everything was fine. The last 2 days I've been extremely moody and yesterday I felt a little queasy all day. I can't tell if I'm pregnant or not.

If you can't tell we certainly can't diagnose you over the internet. You already know there is no 100% effective means of birth control. Whether he finished or didn't finish there is ejaculate involved.
Take another HPT or make an appointment with a Physician.

You will need to take a test after you miss your next period.
So you want to be pregnant, right? You must if you're having unprotected sex. Just "be he didnt finish" doesn't mean anything. If he's in, there's always a chance... if he's in without protection, even bigger chance.
At your age, you shouldn't be even taking a chance like this and you should be waiting until you are older and more responsible before you have sex.

No form of birth control is 100%. If you have unprotected sex, which you did, then the chances of pregnancy is even higher. In other words, every time you have sex, pregnancy is possible, even if you use a condom. If you don't use a condom, even if he doesn't ejaculate (there's more than enough sperm in pre-ejaculate which is present during any sexual encounter) that means you're trying to conceive. So I have to ask, why are you trying to get pregnant at 15?
Wait and see what happens with your next period. If you miss it, test using first morning urine. If it's negative, get a blood test done.
If you're not ready to be a mommy, then you're not ready to have sex.

You tested to early, you can not test on the due date of the period.
You have to wait for 14 days after first day of missed period. So test now, using first urine of the morning.
No birth control is 100 percent, condoms have a 2 to 18 percent rate of failure. No condoms have 100 percent rate of failure. There can be sperm in the early fluids, so not finishing does not insure safety
