I have been in court with my son on serval occasions when the other attorney had lie and told the judge that I had been charge for filing a false police report among other thing can she do this and get away with it

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

She can get away with it if you can't prov e it was a lie. You or your attorney needs to object to any statements that are false and ask for evidence of the statements.

So the other attorney, you mean the district attorney or prosecutor is lying about facts in a case.

When is he saying these things, in opening arguments, since he asks questions and does not make statements. Or is this in hearings and negotiations ?

But yes attorneys tell the truth from how they see it, your or your son's attorney objects.
