Replaced the blower motor in a coleman evcon 7975c856 with a 7966311p motor and now the motor won't run. Salesman said to replace the new wires in the adaptors and said the placing didn't matter as long as replaced the black and white. The new motor has no capacitor and doesn't need one but both wires are black and not labeled. I was wondering if the polarity could be wrong? Maybe I need to swap the wires. Im unable to find a wiring diagram for the furnace itself and am completely stumped.
