I have shared parenting of my daughter... long story short my ex has broken everything in our court papers including moving out of county. I saw her 1 time in 2012 and now she moved againg and I don't know the address. I get random guys calling me making threats. When I saw my daughter last year she said that she's always asking to see me and her mom says no. When I asked her mom she told me that my daughter is lying to me. I want full custody.. any advice? Oh and her mom has been calling wanting me to sign over my rights because my daughter is "too busy" and she wants me out of her life.

If you have custody/visitation order, then you may file for contempt.

Once she moved and hid the location of the child then you should have filed kidnapping charges. But it seems you have waited too long and now must pursue a different avenue. So go back to court and ask for full custody. Serve her at her last known address or her parents house. Also since she has left you might be able to convince the courts to issue a bench warrant so she appears in court.
