My husband has a felony for insurance fraud. They did a probation sweep.. he had some old bullets in his in his drawer that he forgot he had. They arrested him on ammunition possession. It has been almost 5 years since the insurance fraud and has not ever been in trouble before. What could he be facing?

There is no limitation on felons with guns and/or ammunition. Consult with a good attorney ASAP on this. Bullets are a tough call but if he was arrested then your state is serious about convicting him. His probation may be revoked if he's on probation, or his probation could be lengthened or he may be convicted of a totally new felony. Hard to tell.
