Hello, this is regarding my son he is 14yrs old, I am his mother got divorced when my son was a yr old, later I happened to come to the UK, I got married here, I desperately want to bring my son, I hv been trying really hard, my husband and me got custodian and guardianship legally, but passport people are saying still my son will be getting his biological father's name on his passport, now I am ready for any name, even then need for NOC from his father, if my son got his bio father name on hos passport can we change it later, and is there any possibilities of rejection, can he get my name as single mother? Please please help, I am really in depression, can anybody advice? Your help much appreciated

It's not about passport. If you want to bring your child over on immigrant visa, you must have sole custody of the child, legally. Go to family court in your country...

Yes I and my husband got the sole custodian and guardianship as well please advice regarding passport, he can I apply,
