I recently had to take a drug test and it came back dilute. It was not intentional, and I am trying to figure out why this happened. I had taken a laxative and had really bad diahrea. I felt dehydrated and tried to put water back in my system, but didn't think I over did it by any means. Could the diahrea have caused me to rid natural creatine levels or was it the fact that I rehydrated or the combination of both. I would appreciate any advice.
