Okay so, I reaaally love my boyfriend, I'd do ANYTHING for him because he's like a Male version of me. I know it sounds really weird, but seriously he really is.. We love the same things, we're both gamers and I love him so much, but there's one problem.. I'm 14 and he's 18... Please don't come with those "He's too old for you"-things, I will give up anything for him. Maybe I'm confused? I just feel 110% sure to have.. Yeah, as well he. He doesn't push me to do it, but I have to tell my mom that I have a boyfriend, that is 18... Mom likes him, I guess. Well I hope..
What should I do? I wont break up with him. No way! How should I tell my mom?
- Thanks for reading all this Anyway.~

Hi honey, I know you don't want people to say this but... yes he is too old for you. There is a humongous age gap in the sense of maturity between a twenty year old and a sixteen year old. Same for you because he is expected to go to college where he will meet people his age and you will be starting high school. My opinion is that you guys should break up, and for most moms, yours would want the same thing. When he is twenty he could be charged with statutory rape if you guys end up getting a little hot and heavy, so don't do that.
But if you intend on introducing him to your mother anyway and she is okay with the large age gap, then talk her there is a boy you would like her to meet, let her get emotionally ready, and then introduce him. Don't tell her your boyfriend's age unless she asks... and she will. Good luck honey

That you are dating a future sex offender and that you are too young to know better so ask mom to protect you.
The 18 year old should know better.
You break up with him since this will only end up bad for you.

I'm sure you feel strongly about him and these feelings seem real to you. But at 14, you have neither the experience or maturity to understand and process what you are feeling. I won't say he is too old for you, I'll tell you that you are too young for him. As jbhl said, there is a vast difference between ages 14 and 18. He is going to college or started his career. In a couple of years, he will be going to clubs and drinking and you will be concerned with preparing for college. And, you are jail bait. Any sexual activity between you could land him in jail.
And you can't date without your parent's permission. So talk to them before you go any further.

Thank you for even mind reading ^^! Yeah, I guess so :/ Been thinking about that for a while.. & Yep, I know about it and that's why I don't want 'it', At least till I'm 18 ! My mom is okay with that I date. And she has seen him, but I don't think she knows that I'm dating him.. She asked if he was my boyfriend. Saying like "he's your boyfriend?" & giggled abit. She didn't seem so negative about it, Tho I didn't answear. Just blushed & walked to my room. I guess she knows it now?

Yep, just having fun I guess. Us two (me and him) :/ He asked me if I wanted to be his girlfriend, I was okay with it, but I see it's kind of a mistake, even if I love him :/ ?

What does having fun mean? Being in the same room while placing video games? And he asked YOU to be his girlfriend? Is he slow or socially out of it?

That's not dating. He does realize he is flirting with legal and personal disaster when he's with you? If you really like him, it's time to step away from this.

Haha, even if he says he is fine if you guys don't do "it", you are going to be having a for year commitment of not doing "it".even this much is quite a challenge for most adults anywhere! Even though you feel that what you want right now is not "it", then in two or three years will he be wanting to do "it"? You'll still be too young, he will still want to, you'll feel pressure, and he may even cheat to satisfy that need! So just... thinking down the line... You will do better and have an easier time with your own age group, no telling what you will want years from now if those desires will remain the same.
