I am sorry to hear that you are HIV+ and no nothing about it... must seem very scary!

All I can do here is to provide you with a list that shows you an HIV/AIDS hotline number for your state. These centers are setup to discuss the questions/concerns that you have. Most importantly, these centers have the most current information on HIV/AIDS and will not mislead/scare/intimidate you in any way. They will be glad to help where they can.
