I'm very sorry, but those are too vague to tell you even a suggestion online, and you must be seen at a clinic (I assume that you don't have a doctor or you would have gone there by now). Being short of breath is a major concern for something like heart attack, but there are countless other possibilities, starting with the flu! We just don't know.
