I've seen nose bubbles but none have looked like mine ! It bleeds and pus constantly and I really don't want to take it out . I have tried the sea salt soaks and it took the inside bump out but not the outside , should I take it out ? Will the bump still be there ?

It's obviously badly infected and needs medical attention.
