I have a 3 lead 220V buried line running from my main electrical box to a pump house appx 75' away. The 220V runs into a 3 port fuse box, with 2 ports powering the pump. Is there a way to come off one side of the 220V to run a 110V electrical outlet?

What kind of wire was run?
Can possibly post a pic of the inside of the fuse box?

The wire is 10 gauge, 600V. 1Black, 1 white, 1 ground(B&W both hot). I have pic, but don't know how to post.
