Well there's this guy at my school and I REALLY REALLY REALLY like him and I know he likes me too because I see him staring at me but when I look back he looks away. Also my friends don't like him and in the beginning of school they would annoy him and I think he thinks I hate him but I don't!(my friends don't do that stuff anymore) I don't know why he doesn't ask because I KNOW that he likes me and I like him too so how do I ask him out.

Don't ask him out straight away he's obviously nervous because otherwise when you look at him bk he would simply smile... just talk to him on Facebook? or other social networking sites or ask him for his number then he will no you don't hate him... I would tell someone so that you don't burst

Why do your friends dislike him?

I agree you just say "hi" to him when you see him in the hall, start a conversation when you have a chance. Give it some time. Give him time to get comfortable asking you out. Then if he doesn't, I'd invite him out with group if your friends can be nice to him. Get a group together to go out to a movie and for ice cream afterwards or invite him and other kids over for junk food and to watch movies at your house. He should get the message and eventually ask you out in return.

It won't be very fun to ask him out until you get to know him. Keep eye contact with him and smile next time :)
