I have a shattered laptop screen with a female Svga without the two pins either side. I am after using the screen on my new laptop to view what's on my old laptop using a cable pleas can someone tell me it's name I have been told VGA but that has the two pins either side... Help meeee

You can't use a laptop screen in this way.
You need a separate monitor.

I do thank you for that I'm a bit stupid what is the wire called I need as my monitor which has to vga cable with s pin either side will not work is there another wire I can get?

What laptop do you have? That would help us tell you as some of the new laptops have a HDMI port on them.
